How bad/good is iOS 10.3.3 on iPad 4 compared to iOS 9.3.5?
I have an iPad 4 and it's sitting on iOS 9.3.5. A couple of apps I want to install require iOS 10+, so I'm considering an upgrade to the last iOS version this device supports.
I've already searched reddit and found a few posts about it. I'm still uncertain though. So I'm asking here again with a few specific questions:
iOS 9.3.5 is quite laggy on iPad 4, but it isn't unusable. Does 10.3.3 increase the lag or does it feel the same?
Does 10.3.3 include APFS (the new file system) for iPad 4?
Is anyone facing regular app crashing with iOS 10.3.3 on iPad 4? In that case, please mention the name of the app(s).
How's the battery life after upgrade?
How would you describe your experience after upgrading from 9.3.5 to 10.3.3 on iPad 4?
